Abstract:
 2019年12月に慶應義塾大学出版会から上梓された『中国料理と近現代日本 食と嗜好の文化交流史』をめぐる書評セッションを開催します。日本で独自の発展を遂げている中国料理をどう「料理」するかをテーマに、広く東アジアにおける食の文化交渉を念頭に置きつつ、様々な視点から議論を深めます。多くの方のご来場をお待ちしています。
